How Much Is Sygma?

For Sygma Pro version the cost is calculated on a contemporary operator basis.
An user with a management account in Sygma is considered an operator.

For Sygma Unlimited version the cost is fixed and you have unlimited contemporary operators.

I am a technician and I want to use Sygma just for my company. How much is it?

The Free version is, you guessed it, free. You can use Sygma with an Operator.

I am a reseller and I assist my clients. We are 2 technicians and we have 20 customers. How much is Sygma?

For Sygma Pro version just calculate two technicians as operators and multiply by the monthly cost, the cost would be €30/month.

Do users pay to access the portal?

No.
With the Pro and Business versions, users can send a support request or consult their own activity record, straight from the portal.
Users' login accounts are not counted when calculating the licence price.

Can I have a demo of Sygma?

Yes, we will be happy to demonstrate the way Sygma works via web-conference.

Does the Free version require a credit card?

No. No credit card is needed for the Free version.

How can I pay you?

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard credit cards and via PayPal.
We also accept bank transfers for annual subscriptions.

Does the Free product have any hidden cost?

No. Within the limitations of the features available with the Free plan, there are no hidden costs for the use of Sygma.

I am trying the Trial, do I need to insert my data again should I decide to buy it?

No. We'll change your Trial account to a paid account without losing your data.

Can I change my plan?

Surely. You can upgrade your plan at any given time.

IS MY DATA BACKED UP?

Yes. The Sygma system is entirely backed up on a distributed architecture, so that you don't have to bother about saving your data and files somewhere else.
